Jagrut Kotecha, a seasoned veteran of PepsiCo, has navigated a remarkable three-decade journey, beginning in 1994. His dedication, work ethic, and ability to identify market trends put him on the fast track and he became the Regional Sales Manager and held the position of Marketing Manager for Western Snack from 1999.
On the back of successes in Western Snack marketing, Jagrut soon moved on to international assignments at PepsiCo, which included his role as the Director of sales based out of Thailand between 2000 and 2002 and, a stint as the Commercial Director in the Philippines from 2003 to 2005. Jagrut also served as the General Manager in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Pacific, and Mongolia from 2006 to 2010.
He has held several key positions including General Manager - Country Manager in Thailand (2011-2016), Vice President the snacks Category for the India Region (2016-2019), where he oversaw the innovation and transformation of the company's snack product folios – Lay's and Kurkure, to turn them better suited for Indian consumers, and led the launch of Doritos, in 2017. In 2019, he took a wider responsibility as the Vice President of Global Affordable Platforms – Foods. Since January 2020, he has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for AMESA.
Jagrut is known for his belief in philanthropic endeavors and commitment to giving back to the community. He recognizes the importance of personal well-being and is an advocate of work-life balance. Outside of his corporate responsibilities, he enjoys playing golf and incorporates various activities into his routine to stay recharged, fit, and focused. Gautam Garg is the Senior Director and Chief Information Officer at PepsiCo India with 23+ years of experience. Gautam is a digital transformation strategist specializing in SAP ERP Capabilities, IT infrastructure management, IT operations, Sales automation among others.
In his current role, Gautam leads PepsiCo India’s IT function across all business units. His key responsibility includes supporting capabilities that improve business processes, enable employees to connect and collaborate more easily, collect and mine data for analytical insights, enhancing the performance across all aspects of PepsiCo India’s value chain.
He started his career with PepsiCo in 2000, and since then he has worked on several Sales and IT transformation projects across India, China, APAC and AMENA markets. He has proven experience of partnering business in deployment of enterprise solutions to drive transformation agendas and process improvements via large scale SAP Deployments.
Gautam holds a MBA (Systems) from Indian Institute of technology (IIT), Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University. In his free time, he likes to travel and read books.
Sandeep Kamath joined PepsiCo India in 2017 as Global Procurement Senior Director - PO1 MSO India. With 30+ years of diverse experience , Sandeep is responsible for leading Procurement of Direct Materials, Indirect Goods & Services and Contract Manufacturing at PepsiCo India.
He has been associated with companies like The Colgate Palmolive Company, Solvay, world’s leading specialty chemical company, and Kraft Heinz previously, where he was responsible for Procurement, PPIC and operations.
Sandeep is an alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He enjoys listening to Music, watching sports and reading autobiographies of successful people in his free time.
Vinod Kaushal joined PepsiCo India in 1998, serving as a Legal Manager till 2005. In his second stint starting 2010, he joined as a Senior Director Legal for India region. With over 25 years of diverse experience, Mr Kaushal is responsible for leading legal and compliance matters at PepsiCo India.
He has also been associated with Marico and Nestle India as a Legal Manager.
Vinod is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and has studied company law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He/ She enjoys traveling, reading, and watching movies in his free time.
Anshul is responsible for leading the Foods category for India and South Asia at PepsiCo India.
Anshul joined PepsiCo India in 2002 as a Management Trainee. Through his 20 years at PepsiCo, Anshul has worked both in India, and in various global roles in the US and Ireland. He has led PepsiCo’s flagship brands across foods and beverages in India and was responsible for leading the global beverages portfolio transformation strategy across 100+ markets, and global marketing for beverages flavours portfolio.
Anshul is an alumnus of The Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, Philadelphia. He enjoys traveling to national parks in his free time.
Senior Vice President & GM Beverages and Sustainability, PepsiCo India Region
George is a long-term PepsiCo employee having spent 29+ years with the company. He is currently responsible for leading the beverage business and creating long-term sustainability strategy for both the foods and beverage categories at PepsiCo India region.
George spent nearly 19 years in various international assignments prior to his return to India in early 2022. In his last role, he provided stewardship to PepsiCo’s International Away from Home business for 6 years out of the global HQ in New York, and prior to that spent 13 years in various roles for PepsiCo’s Asia Pacific and China businesses, including being the General Manager of the PepsiCo China Snacks and Foods division.
George started his career with Unilever in India where he spent 3 years before moving on to complete his MBA with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management in Manila in 1993 after which he moved to PepsiCo.
George is married and lives in Gurugram with his wife Neena. He has two daughters Meher (23) and Naaz (16) who are based in the US & UK. In his spare time he likes playing golf, watching movies with his family and playing his guitar.
Kaushik joined PepsiCo India in 2002. With 30 years of diverse experience, Kaushik is responsible for leading the Finance function and agenda for PepsiCo’s Food, Beverage, and Nutrition business in India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Nepal.
He has served in multiple roles in PepsiCo and across several industries and companies such as the RPG group, Tata group, GE, and Reckitt Benckiser.
Kaushik is an alumnus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Indian Institute of Management Kolkata. He enjoys playing the guitar, writing fiction novels and travelling in his free time.
Mijanur Rahman (Mij) is currently Senior Director & Site Head of India R&D since 2015. His current scope includes Foods for India and Grains development for Middle East markets. He has held several roles in the past including R&D Head for Beverages and New Business Development . Prior to that, he led R&D Innovations for GSK Consumer Healthcare based in Gurgaon.
In PepsiCo he has led the efforts to expand the company portfolio into new spaces and drive growth. R&D team has been instrumental in establishing strong leadership into meeting human and planet sustainability goals for the company.
Mij is passionate about building organizational capability and gender diversity and has a track record of developing future R&D leaders for the industry. He has always been an early adaptor of technologies and innovative approaches to offer insightful product solutions. He has a wide experience of cross-cultural working and leading multi -cultural teams across 22 countries.
Mij is a post graduate of the Indian Institute of technology (IIT) Kharagpur, and prior to that studied Food Technology & Bio Chemical Engr. from Jadavpur University.
Pavitra Singh currently heads HR for PepsiCo India. She has been with PepsiCo since 2006. With 20+ years of overall work experience leading large teams across geographies, she has held leadership positions across a variety of roles in India and other markets. From Center of excellence roles like Talent Management, L&D, Culture, D&I, Talent Acquisition to operating HR Business partnering roles. Prior to joining PepsiCo, she has worked with American Express and Fair Isaac. Pavitra is passionate about building institutional capability and nurturing young talent. A DEI evangelist, she strongly believes in creating a culture of inclusion for all diversity to thrive in spirit and action.
A known leader in the HR domain, she has been recognized externally by multiple forums and thought leadership platforms. To name a few she was recognized in ET’s Women Ahead list as one of Corporate India's fastest rising women leaders, featured in ETHR world 50 thought leaders of 2022, Business World’s Most Influential Women 2022 list and called out in many external forums as DE&I champion.

Yashika joined PepsiCo India in 2023 as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Sustainability Head, PepsiCo India and South Asia. With over 2 decades of diverse experience, Yashika is responsible for leading the team in mitigating policy and stakeholder risks and garnering opportunities, to promote business growth at the company.
Prior to joining PepsiCo India, she was associated with Pernod Ricard India as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications. She has also worked as the Country Manager at Speyside Group in the past.
Yashika served as the co-chairperson of ISWAI, the nodal industry association for the alcohol beverage sector. She has previously co-chaired the Economic Affairs Committee at the PHDCCI. Yashika is also associated with the eminent think tank, Centre for Social and Economic Progress as Visiting fellow, carrying out research in public policy issues. Additionally, she has been associated with various committees including Reserve Bank of India’s Technical Advisory Committee, CII Western Region Economic Affairs Committee, Economic Policy & Corporate Strategy Committee at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Yashika is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University and has done her Masters in Economics. She enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and traveling in her free time, loves to entertain friends and family at home.
Aditya Sinha joined PepsiCo India as a Management Trainee in 1999. With 25 years of diverse experience, Aditya is the Sales Lead for the Foods business of PepsiCo India. Prior to joining PepsiCo, he has worked with Cadbury Limited as an Assistant Brand Manager (Marketing). Aditya is an alumnus of Cardiff University and The Wharton School. He enjoys listening to Music in his free time.
