The Division Bench of The Honourable High Court of Kerala today quashed the Kerala State Government order banning the manufacture, distribution and sale of Pepsi Cola in the State of Kerala.

This High Court order quashing the ban on PepsiCola in Kerala clearly validates our steadfast confidence in the quality and safety of our products. PepsiCo products in India comply with the most stringent Indian and international regulations, including the new regulations for carbonated soft drinks notified by the Health Ministry on July 15, 2004. PepsiCo follows one quality standard across the globe.
